You can leave the H110 on the CPU and the CPU in the motherboard.

You only need to remove the cooler if it is a huge heatsink like NH-D14 or something.

You should ALWAYS remove the GPU though.

As in whole case? Nope, both cooler and CPU can stay. I'd say CPU is most safe when its locked in place on mobo. GPU would be one to remove, rest of the stuff are usually locked nicely down. If you can't move it by hand, then its not going to move around. Add label for "fragile" to case or box and it shouldn't get tossed so much around.

I wouldnt leave the cooler on, especialy in the case if it was a large air cooler as it can damage the motherboard.

In the case of an AIO, the tubing / radiator could get damaged if posted installed in a PC.

I was talking about OPs situation. Ofc it differs if you have big air cooler or something else which would damage from moving around. But AIO with flex tubing and rad screwed in? Not likely if case has both side panels and is packed in box with some padding.
