for that price your stuck with used,get something like a decent old workstation/dell and slap in a GPU in there

impossible to get a gaming PC new for that price

Perhaps you can get an old desktop and upgrade it with a GPU

Yeah you'd up with a p.o.s. system, like a celeron or old pentium, old crap-ola AMD.

Lots out there for sure. Just low-ball them and see what shakes out.
