Asus H81M-E around build

Hello everyone,

 

My friend wants to build a pc for games (league of legends, csgo, gta V, fifa 17) and has an  Asus H81M-E with 4gb of ram.

 

The goal here is to go as low as we can while still being able to run the games and have a somewhat nice pc
