[Help] Development Build

I am currently planning on building this computer with a budget of $550: http://pcpartpicker.com/list/KBTrvV

I just wanted to know if I'm making any bad choices here, as I feel like I skimped on the PSU and CPU.

Thanks in advance.

Your PSU is fine but if you want a cheaper one then you can go with corsair vs 450 which is more then enough for u.

No it's not, it's just as bad as the VS 450. Spend $8 more and get a decent one like the CX450M.
