What is this rig capable of?

browsetheweb

So I was just putting together a bunch of parts that would be like a monster rig. Not planning to buy or make this at all just some thinking. It got me wondering, what is this actually capable of doing? Ignore the perherpials. Here's the PC:

To run any game at 1 fps you have to have at least and a XEON E7 8890 v4 at only 7000 bucks and 69 Titan X's Pascal. You might want to chuck in 1 TB of RAM and 64 TB of Samsung SSD's in raid. and a HD camera for those late night sessions ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)
