It is €20 more expensive were I buy my stuff, is it worth that extra money?

From my experience, yes. It is,

if you are worried about money, then I would not suggest the GD65, but the GD45 instead. the things that are improved on the GD65 compared to the GD45 aren't really that important for your use.

Are you from belgium? Sadly enough Belgium does not have the best prices for hardware, germany and the netherlands are better. Wich shops are you using?

NZXT Phantom windowed, Asus Z77 Sabertooth, Intel 2600K, Noctua NH-D14, EVGA 780 Classified, Crucial Ballistic Tactical, Crucial M4 128GB + Samsung 850 EVO, Corsair RM850, Creative X-Fi Fatal1ty Peripherals: Sennheiser HD598, FinalMouse Classic, SteelSeries Qck Heavy, Ducky Shine Zero (MX Brown), AOC G2460PF & Qnix QX2710

But i really like that case :P and it's big enough i think,

One thing I will allready yell about that case is, cable management. It's not going to look pretty. Doesn't even make use off rubber gromets.

These things:

Why are you looking at all the expensive motherboards in general?

Yes, I'm looking at Coolblue because i can go to the store to get my stuff (deliveries are always a problem because there's not always someone home)

So the Asus it is.

Also, If I go to the Nvidia site for the 780 it gives me like 3 extra games. But I can't seem to get those anywere with Belgium retailers

I have seen some build video's with the CM 690 III and the cable management doesn't seem to be a problem . But yes it doesn't have any rubber gromets so It won't win any beauty contests but i does the job very well, and the outside is gorgeous

Because I want a motherboard that I can overclock (cpu and gpu). I also must have a good build in sound card and at least 6 usb 3 ports (I use a lot of usb's)

RoG boards all OC well, and you would be able to OC an "overclock optimized" board about the same, maybe slightly higher. But, like.. You really need to know what you are doing to be able to push out that little bit off extra OC in those boards. For us normal people it's more marketing then anything else. Because OC optimized boards are great, if you know how to use it.

What are you using for those 6 usb 3.0 ports? Most cases have nowadays 2 3.0 ports build in aswell, so then you only need 4 on the back off the motherboard.

I don't know why, but Coolblue.be is a little weird for looking for everything they have. But well, they seem to have most off the things. I would ask in the store how it works for the 3 games. I heard somewhere it was only for NA, but I think that was for the Shield. Because the Shield isn't in Europe anyway, so no idea. Google!

All of the z87 mobos will overclock the same aside from extreme overclocking--I'm talking liquid nitrogen extreme here.

Well with 6 usb 3.0 ports in mean total (not only back) so also the 2 that are on my cm 690 III case. so yes atleased 4 on the back

So the Asus Hero IV it is? (very good sound card, lot's of connection, possibility to overclock, sli for the future) or are you saying I should get a cheaper one?

It is really up to you, as @WoodenMarker said, all Z87s board will OC great. so you don't need to worry about it to much. The thing is, with the Asus board you don't have to spend money for an sound card or dac.

While the MSI GD45 board has good sound aswell, I would more look towards the asus board myself if I was not on a budget.

Here is the build I would suggest (i used US ppp because I hoped they had everything, seems like they dont have the case there yet)
