My BenQ is really good, the colour isnt great but its TN pannel not IPS.

1440p is really expensive in my country...i was looking at a 1080p one...the IPS one u listed is like 750 here

I have an asus vg248qe (144hz). There is an acer monitor that seems to be fairly equivalent and quite cheaper. After a year use I can say I love mine. With a very competent GPU I have yet to see any need for GSync.

 

I just ordered a BenQ two days ago. It's the 27" version of the 24" display you say you've settled on. Seems like a really good value. (the 27" version was discounted $200). I really love that these are nVidia 3D vision compatible. I've been using 3D for movies and games and can't live without it!
