AMD 460 or AMD 470

I'm building a second computer, and this one is going to be a smaller computer, with a budget of $650. My question is to go with the AMD 460 or 470. This computer is going to be used for mainly photo editing , but it needs to be able to run CIV 6 on it, with moderate graphics. The CPU on this build is the AMD Fx 6300. SO is it really worth to spend the extra $70 for the 470? And what exactly do you get out of a better card? I understand more Mhz, but what does the extra teraflops give you, more cores, etc?

Yes the 470 is a big jump up from the 460. Also you could totally get a i5-6500 in that budget without issue.

If you are going to do light gaming and photo editing (You don't need a behemoth machine for the later), an AMD A10 7870k APU will serve you well. For gaming at 720p at medium/high or 1080p medium/low it will have you covered. Plus you will be able to dabble into mini ITX with this platform no problem if you want to go for a more efficient case. If you go with one step higher in AMD APUs, you get their Wraith Cooler which is much better than the stock one.
