I'm looking for good quality fans for a full tower case. Preferably red ones.

Right now I'm considering the Corsair ML series but want to know if there's better options that aren't ugly as sin like Noctua. (I know Noctua will be the best but their fans are just ugly.)

There are no better options than Noctua, but there are prettier ones. Corsair's SP and AF120s are available with red LEDs and do run quietly enough if kept at lower RPMs. Bitfenix Spectres are also good, they're very quiet but don't move a ton of air. If you want something that can (almost) keep up with Noctua, I'd recommend either the Noiseblocker Blacksilent Pro or the BeQuiet Silent Wings. Those don't come in red, though.

Black also works, black can go with anything most of the time.

How do the Noisblockers perform?

Very well, I've got about 12 of them running in different systems currently, they're my go-to fan for everything. Excellent case fans, excellent on radiators, very quiet. They are audible at the full 12V, but anything below that renders them as quiet as Noctuas. They're also fairly cheap.
