WTF is using so much CPU resources

So I has gaming and I keep noticing a program uses like 91% of my CPU and I think it is causing FPS drops. Anyone know what it is?

right click it in task manager and go to its details to find the exe and search it up on the web

 

might work out and find out what it is doing
