No, they all have the same chance of failing.

Just get a 2TB drive, because using two drives doubles the chances of failure.

Just get a 2 TB I've been using a two 2TB for 3 years and hasn't failed.  My dad uses multiple 2 TB drives in his media server so don't worry about it.
