Aiming to make a Gaming Computer that is Custonizable, can run gaming servers for friends, and can give good Quality for Gaming...

Budget is around $700

CPU:  Intel Core i5-6400 2.7GHz Quad-Core Processor

CPU COOLER:  Corsair H75 54.0 CFM Liquid CPU Cooler

MOBO:  Gigabyte GA-B150M-D3H Micro ATX LGA1151 Motherboard

MEMORY: G.Skill Ripjaws V Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4-2133 Memory
STORAGE:  Kingston SSDNow V300 Series 120GB 2.5" Solid State Drive     &      Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive

VIDEO CARD:  EVGA GeForce GTX 950 2GB FTW ACX 2.0 Video Card

CASE: Phanteks ECLIPSE P400 ATX Mid Tower Case

PSU:  EVGA SuperNOVA GS 550W 80+ Gold Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply

Reason why I wanted a ATX case than a Micro-ATX case is for customization and making it look clean. Im gona upgrade my CPU Cooler to a Corsair H100i v2 and double the RAM to 32GB in the future...

What's your budget? You're spending too much on the wrong components.

CPU: Intel Core i5-6500 3.2GHz Quad-Core Processor  ($198.99 @ SuperBiiz) don't waste your money and use the stock cooler.
Motherboard: Asus H110M-A/M.2 Micro ATX LGA1151 Motherboard  ($50.99 @ Newegg) this is more than enough, if you need space for 32gb of ram get 1 stick of 16gb ddr4.
Memory: G.Skill NT Series 8GB (1 x 8GB) DDR4-2400 Memory  ($32.98 @ Newegg) you don't need 32 gb of ram. Just get this and upgrade to 16 later or get 1x16gb now and another one later.
Storage: SK hynix SL308 250GB 2.5" Solid State Drive  ($64.99 @ SuperBiiz) far better than the crap v300, only slightly slower than the 850 evo.
Storage: Seagate Barracuda 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive  ($45.88 @ OutletPC)
Video Card: MSI GeForce GTX 1060 6GB 6GT OC Video Card  ($249.99 @ SuperBiiz) much better than the gtx 950.
Case: NZXT S340 (White) ATX Mid Tower Case  ($59.99 @ Newegg)
Power Supply: Corsair CXM 550W 80+ Bronze Certified Semi-Modular ATX Power Supply  ($53.99 @ Amazon) not as good, but still a good quality psu.
Total: $757.80

Hi there :) Welcome to the forums!

A few tips from me as well:

- since you are not going to OC the CPU (both the motherboard and the CPU are locked and won't allow you) you don't really need an aftermarket CPU cooler at this point and could easily go with the stock and push the saved funds towards a better GPU.

- 16GB of memory may be a bit overkill so at this point I'd start with a single 8GB stick and see how that goes. This can again help you save some funds.

- gaming relies on the storage's performance solely for the loading times and FPS and graphics are not affected so you should be OK with a 120GB SSD. HOWEVER, if you plan on running heavier applications or run VMs for game servers it would be a good idea to put them on the SSD for better performance. The WD Blue drive should be able to handle everything else. :)

The guys also gave you some excellent suggestions. Let me know if you have any questions!
