GTX 1070 migth be dying.

20 Days ago I bought myself a brand new "awesome" Gtx 1070 EVGA FTW, I have a triple monitor setup, I only use one for gaming, as one is Full HD and the other two are just HD.
All drivers are up to date, Geforce Experience, chipset, bios etc...

I am experiencing a weird and disturbing bug, glitch error or crash... I don't even know how to describe it as I've never seen this thing.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Fez2h1lOKsY (this happens once every 10 mins)

And then there is this and ONLY happens with that background, whenever I close or open something. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=X9Rp935OfZ4

Now I only run the main display and one 720p display for data monitoring. The main 1080p display is now connected via VGA through the HDMI output (using one adapter), the other 720p display is connected via VGA through one DP (another adapter here!)

Also I have noticed high temps on the CPU, idles at around 35 to 40C and with "minimal usage" goes up to 50C (youtube, browsing etc..) the temperatures ramps up really fast, and then back to "normal" also when gaming it doesn't seem to throttle or to go much higher than 68 C with Prime 95. Those temps might not sound too terrible but it is not its normal behavior as far as I'm concerned, I have NO OC, turbo boost is ON.

Virus... I really don't think so, I use Anti-Malwarebytes among others, Adwcleaner and I use Avast daily.

Is my GPU causing the things? The CPU migth be doiing it all?

I just don't know and it's driving me nuts!

Intel I7-4790 3.96Ghz, Asus Z-97A, 16Gb RAM 2400mhz 4x4Gb, Kraken X41, Corsair, RM750i 750W, Samsung Evo 850 256Gb, NZXT H440, GTX 1070 EVGA FTW.

Have you tried stressing the GPU to see if that produces any problems?

| Ryzen 7 3700x | 16GB Vengance @ 3200 | MSI GTX 1070Ti Gaming |

| ADATA XPG SX8000NP 256GB Nvme SSD + WD Blue 500GB SSD | 4TB WD Blue |

     | Corsair RM650x |

| NZXT H200 White |

I can even push the OC to and F ton, I do archive  near GTX 1080 performance in Unengine valley, but I do not run it normally, I have run benchmarks for over 1 hour no weird behavior.

But when I do run 3DMark it crashes in a certain moment with the OC on... Although in games it works well.

You have to rule out everything before RMA

Ok, Things I have done so far:

-New drivers came out today 372.70

-Use DDU to clean all possible installation and re-install.

-Connected both 720p screens to the IGPU using intel drivers and all, the main display was on the GPU.

-Stress tested the GPU, no weird behavior, no crashes, no bad temps.

Here is another symptom , it might not look too heavy on camera but it is, only happens when I have a game on fullscreen, if I alt+tab still happens, temps are ok.

Mute the video, only background noise.
