Can Anyone help me with Detecting my Motherboard Manufacturer name ?
Here's a suggestion for an AMD build based on Newegg parts only (to make it easier and save on shipping) , click on the link below to get links to each item :

The FX-6300 is a six core processor, and about 10-15% faster than the i3 in most applications, maybe more.
If you have a SATA hard drive, you can probably reuse it, otherwise you probably need to buy one because the new motherboards don't have IDE connectors (those flat wide cables). Same for the optical drive.
You can probably reuse the case as well, saving money this way. I didn't add to the list a case because it's a matter of taste after all, there's all kinds of cases.
The downside with this configuration is that it uses the old DDR3 memory format and that it's socket AM3+ which would make it incompatible with the future AMD Zen processors. You'll be able to upgrade to somewhat more powerful processors in the future like FX-8300 or FX-8320 (8 core cpus) but there's not much performance increase. In theory, the motherboard supports even 125w processors like FX-8350 but it's not a good idea to use 125w TDP processors with this motherboard. When Zen shows up, you'll probably find lots of people selling their old systems, so you'll find processors on eBay or other places at cheap prices. Best would probably be a FX-8300, 8 core processor with a 95w TDP, which would be on par with an i5-6600 or a i5-4670k and others in that price range.
Since you have such an old system, I doubt you're going to upgrade a processor on this new system, just like you've waited so much to upgrade your current system. By the time you'd think about, you'd basically have to buy a lot of new parts at the same time.
This CPU+MB combination is about $50 cheaper than the Intel based suggestion above, money which you could use on a more powerful video card - instead of a RX 460 which costs about $155 you could go for a RX 470 at around $200-210 which is much more powerful and which you'll probably be able to reuse in the next computer you'll build.
The RX 470 video card is powerful enough to play almost any game out there at 1920x1080 at 60 fps with high-ultra quality settings so you'd be very happy with it.
