Yay! More issues with windows 10!

Its on my main gaming rig, which hasnt been powered up in probably a month of two. I rarely use it now because I have a job and its always too fucking hot in my bedroom

Anyway, I can't open the start menu. Clicking the start button or pressing "insert" on my keyboard (remapped insert to windows key because the KB doesnt have a windows key) does not work.

I have to rely on keyboard shortcuts for things, but its really annoying.

As far as I know, its NOT running the anniversary update (which I have seen and its awful)

Any ideas?
