The hell is wrong with GTAIV on 10? Running max settings 1080p with a 960 on 10Pro, avg 53 fps fine.

Just Cause 2. Just Cause 3 is too buggy to recommend but if you're OK with constant crashing I'd say it's better.

People will probably mock me for saying this but if you can pick up Watch_Dogs cheap its actually not a bad game, i enjoyed a lot of the sneaking around listening to peoples phone calls and stuff lol 

 

Its not in the same league as GTAV but its ok, the driving mechanics are terrible but the police AI+wanted system is better than GTAV's.

It's a better game than it gets credit for, but I personally think it's strengths are in the better bits of its narrative and the parts of it's campaign that allow stealth. The open-world is.. passable. It's a really nice reproduction of Chicago, I'll give it that.

 

I'll also throw in Sleeping Dogs. Hong Kong looks great in that game, and the story is quite good. Plus, the subject of Chinese organized crime is very interesting and not touched on by video games very often.
