svchost.exe consuming all bandwidth in windows 10

Hey

I recently upgraded to windows 10. I have a slow internet connection(1Mbps) and a process group named service host:local system (svchost.exe) in consuming all my bandwidth and due to this I am not able to access the internet.

Can anybody please help me with this?

I would really appreciate it.

Windows Update, not much you can do other than killing the process which conveniently takes several things with it and can lockup your computer.
