Best place to get rid of an old build?

OnionRings

Where's the best place to get rid of an old build entirely or just selling your parts? I know craigslist is pretty good sometimes but I hate it, I'll use it if need be I just usually never get any serious offers, only low ballers and idiots. However I have moved recently and not tried selling anything on this new site. I'm asking because I have a post under build planning called upgrades and basically im planning to swap almost every part probably except my 1 ram stick and hdd so I might just sell my current build and just make a new one ground up.

FreeGeek is a great place if you're looking to donate your rig. I'm not sure if they give money for parts though, since they're a non-profit organization.

I actually couldn't underclock my 5 year old GPU to make it as slow as a next-gen console.

DDR stands for Double Data Rate.  The effective frequency of DDR operating at 1066 MHz would be twice that or 2133 MHz.

Oh so its not detecting wrong? My bad then. I'm still not the best pc guy ever, I'd say intermediate.

No, it's detecting just fine.  General rule of thumb is to take whatever number you see on the fancy package and divide that by two for your DDR's true operating frequency.
