It would be able to run them but you might have to turn some settings down. Let me see if I can shove a 470 in that budget...

Battlefield and Gta are most intense ones

So you're looking at something like the below, but with a new graphics card (the rx 460) that will add another $110 or so to the price. Always minus the OS, Monitor, Peripherals, etc.

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

CPU: Intel Core i5-6500 3.2GHz Quad-Core Processor  ($198.99 @ SuperBiiz)
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-H110M-A Micro ATX LGA1151 Motherboard  ($53.88 @ OutletPC)
Memory: G.Skill Aegis 8GB (1 x 8GB) DDR4-2133 Memory  ($30.98 @ Newegg)
Storage: Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive  ($47.49 @ OutletPC)
Case: NZXT Source 210 (Black) ATX Mid Tower Case  ($39.89 @ OutletPC)
Power Supply: EVGA 500W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply  ($32.98 @ Newegg)
Total: $404.21
Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available

I didn't post that one because I think the games he wants to play will be more processor intensive than graphics. At 2.7ghz it's not going to run them very well probably. Especially GTA 5. :P

It's much better but that's over the $500 budget.

You could cut down on the case to be mATX and use the saved money to get a better PSU as the B series from EVGA isn't known for their quality.

I'd say it's a 60 fps experience at medium-high settings 1080p.

Well, that dramatically increases your options then. I was able to fit an SSD into this one and apparently there's a cheap platinum power supply from Rosewill (Newegg company). :P

Normally I'd agree, but Rosewill is backed by Newegg because it's a Newegg company. Even if it was a bad plat, it'd be a very good gold level. I'm guessing they're hoping to push out volume to get it that low. I don't know. :D

Ivan, How does that look to you? If its worse, what are the reasons for it being worse, vice versa.

Why is that terrible PSU priced so high?
