What is the world fair? And is it a thing anymore?

This is kind of a 'just Google it and read the Wikipedia article'-topic, but I'll talk a bit about it because I'm in a good mood.

 

The world fair is an expo where different countries can have a booth to display traditional things of their country (to make it so people from all around the world may want to buy your exclusive stuff).

Fun fact:

The Eiffel Tower was made as the entrance for the 1889 world fair (which was obviously held in France) and was originally not liked by many people.
