Grow my youtube?

Hey guys I was wondering if theres some way I could get my youtube to be known because I think I make really good videos but people dont see them any idea where and if your wondering I make motovlogs/ videos on my dirtbike thanks for helping

Use some other social media to promote it, try to get a more popular youtuber to mention you, and as mentioned, drop in on other forums (you may be allowed to mention it in the garage here). Take suggestions from your comments/subscribers and be active on youtube but not annoyingly active.

I post but I dont post everyday and its kinda hard because bigger youtubers are kinda assholes and dont care

Keep your video short and funny. The title and content are very important. 
Share your video on your Facebook, google plus, Blogs etc to increase the viewers and give them a reason to subscribe to you.

You could plan some Giveaways, Contests, and Sweepstakes to attract new followers and increase the subs

There are also may paid ways to increase your subs, you could collaborate with other media, channels or forums, etc,etc

Well idk about short because some people prefer longer videos but just take a look and tell me I not trying to advertise or anything I just want to show you so maybe you have see what I mean

Wasn't youtube running some sort of promo feature on their site a while ago? I thought I saw it on one of my random videos where you could pay youtube a bit of money to get the video to show up as a suggested video for other people.
