Looking For Best mITX skylake Motherboards!!

I am going to build myself a new PC and wanted to use the i7-6700K.
I´m however CONSTANTLY reading BAD REVIEWS about all kinds of mITX boards for Skylake CPUs.
Can anyone help and suggest?

Requirements: (OPTIONAL)
M.2 SSD
USB 3 connector
Overclockable?!

Also if possible PLEASE don´t cross the 200~ bucks milestone by too much! :D

just gotta mention:

 

everything you buy will have at least one bad review at some point, you have to see at the reason why they give a bad review, how they word it (are they flaming in anger and just ranting, or just writing out the negatives about the product and conclude why it was a bad purchase), and especially if they are alone in their problem or a common occurence, and especially.. how was it dealt with.
