It's normal, valley doesn't regognize amd gpu temperatures correctly most of the time. I thought it was common knowledge by now.

No,black holes are created when a existing star falls apart,and if the density of the star is enough it will either create a black hole or if the density is not enough it creates a Neutron Star

Mate. You do not need a star to create a black hole. In nature however, it is the only way that they seem to form. Realistically, an overload of energy concentrated in a small space greatly distorts spacetime and collapses to form a singularity which is the basis of a black hole. In case of the star, the collapse of the star upon itself during a supernova merely concentrates the energy of the star (in form of mass, e=mc^2) in a smaller and smaller point causing space time to tear into a singularity, forming a black hole :)

Well But realistically you do need a start since until now this is the only way black holes have been formed.

Therefore this computer could not create a black hole even at those temperatures, it anything it would instantly burn into flames and burn its suroundings

If you look closely, this started as a joke... which escalated into a science debate xD

 

However, addressing your concern, that temperature would indeed scorch everything around it. Perhaps more like an atomic bomb as that much heat in a gpu die is enough to cause issues for a considerable distance :)

Well, What if we used that heat for cooking, Im gonna need to find an old AMD GPU and strap a grill onto it, gaming while cooking
