I'm going to be upgrading my Dell Inspiron 570's CPU, and I don't want to get a new motherboard, I already have a 95w fan that will fit into the stupid dell CPU lock mechanism.. :/

Then wait a few more months, budget your life, save more from each pay check. Buy something that's actually good, rather than immediately purchasing shit tier components.
