as well as an i5 6600 and a GTX 1060?

 

(and yes, i am aware that the PSU leaves me with PLENTY of headroom in terms of power left, with this setup. However, id like a fully modular PSU, which is silent under small to mid loads and I'd rather have too much power than too little. I have no intention to OC.)

yes thats fine but dont get a z170 board if you dont want to overclock go with either h170, b150 or H110 to save some cash

I spent $2500 on building my PC and all i do with it is play no games atm & watch anime at 1080p(finally) watch YT and write essays...  nothing, it just sits there collecting dust...
