yah i sortof understod that but one of the sellers hasent responded and one might already be sold, is it OK as a backup atleast?

Nope. Not a good idea to SLI with a bad PSU.

Builds:

The Toaster Project! Northern Bee!

The original LAN PC build log! (Old, dead and replaced by The Toaster Project & 5.0)

just how stupid is using 2 PSUs for one computer?(untill i get something good) because i found another PSU and i can get a MOLEX to PCI adapter today for pretty cheap because im picking up some other cables. its just for a while untill i can get something nice like and EVGA supernova or something but you know best, will this be super stupid or is it fine? its another Dell PSU but it dosent seem to have been made by Delta like my current one is so i dont know if it will be super shit or not, it can deliver 190W on the 12V rail so its fine watt wise for one card.

OK, first of all, nothing that can deliver 190W on the 12V rail is "fine" - that's a given. If the TX has sold then just hold off an using the second GPU for awhile.
