Final check! Please Look!

Go to solution Solved by WereCat,

That PSU is not very good. 750W is way more than enough but get EVGA G2 or GS or B2.

The items with $0.00, are already bought. My main concern about this build is my power supply, do I have enough power, and also are their cheaper alternatives to the parts not yet bought.

P.S. I already have a keyboard, mouse, and monitor. and I'm not sure if this is the right cable for the cpu to be able to draw power directly from the psu.

You'll have plenty of power. That is the right cable if you want FANS to draw directly from the PSU, the one for the CPU is already on the PSU as a 4+4 pin EPS power connector.

Should the psu be fully, semi, or not modular?

Depends on how much you are willing to spend. Full Modular PSU's are more expensive than Semi-Modular which in turn is more expensive than a non-Modular
