Need Help With AMD Build Planning

I need help trying to get a new PC put together. I was thinking about having an all-AMD PC, with something like an ASUS mobo, all off of NewEgg. Now that my grandma's PC is done, I realized how slow mine is (and she feels my pain). I let her try it and I got to move in on her new one ). I'll probably be on a $500 USD budget, and I was thinking if I could build one similar to hers, just with a better processor and graphics card, that would be great. And I'll need a case that can have CABLE MANAGEMENT (BIG mistake on the one I built for her). And of course, a Corsair PSU.

 

The specs for hers/mine are in my sig, and please help. My old Dell is getting beat to death, and I can barely even play the first CoD on it.

Yeah, because my mom and grandma will only do it with them because they trust them and they don't want to use a whole bunch of sites with their credit cards. (Remember, I am 14, 15 in November).

I came up with this one, and I'll probably run it in my cheapo $17 USD case until I can afford a really nice one. What do you guys think?

EDIT: The reason I probably overshot the PSU by a mile is because I might upgrade it later on down the line.

Just realised that only newegg is a big problem. You could get a 1TB Seagate Barracuda or whatever its called for $6 moar 7200RPM. Get a cheaper DDR3-1600 RAM, I think for $60-70 and downgrade on that Asus motherboard so you can get a 7950 at best, 7870 if things go good.

the reason its a tiny bit more expensive is because its a much better board, you gain front panel usb 3 support which that case has, and plenty or usb rear ports too, you get a heatsinked 6+2 vrm (important for higher power draw cpus and a must-have if overclocking, you get the ability to run crossfire with another 7950 further down the line (we know prices are going to fall on thier arse).

also you have 6x sata3 6gb/s ports which is important if your ever going to buy an ssd. because sata 2 max's out at 360mb/s which ssd's can nowadays exceed.

its asus.....when you get an asus board youll know what i mean.

i would have got an 8320 but they charge 50% more for 33% more cores in the states it seems, here its the other way around (£100 for a 6 core and £120 for an 8?...ill take the 8)

would prefer a higher wattage powersupply but this is fine, on max load youll draw maybe 350watts MAXIMUM

Asus is not the way to go for a budget build but it is future proof but there's no point in Crossfire.

and asus and msi and gigabyte all have pretty much the same prices for competing products (i know, ive used them all) and asus's driver support from thier website and other software such as fan xpert and biosflashback has always been easier to use and trouble free, thats why people buy them and why for the last year ive put asus board in pretty much all the builds ive done

It's mostly when people have bad case airflow, have it caked with dust, or don't lower fans speeds.

I meant because if his budget. Also yes, crossfire is good, but not a lot of games support it and if they do it's bad. Crossfire, I would grab it if I could. But you know what Linus says Multiple GPUS < 1 GPU.

It's generally fine for several months without any dust problems. It's just that AMD has been pretty much been using the same mounting system for quite a while and people compare the current heatsinks with the ones in systems that are in 7 years old systems that are caked with dust.

The fan that came with the Sempron is quiet, and really quiet on fan speed 5 out of 9 on my ASRock board.

Nope. They want to stick to one thing and one thing only when it comes to this. My mom uses eBay, but I really don't want to do anything with eBay, since you never know if you're going to get screwed or not.

eBay has pretty decent buyers protection. 

You can seriously get better parts even if you just shop at Amazon as well as Newegg. You should go ask them.

Oh well, I didn't really know this. All repots that I had for FX fans were taht they were super noisy.
