RealTemp for CPU and GPU-Z for GPU.

  • MSI Afterburner and please download the latest beta (also can monitor cpu temps)

msi afterburner is the best if u wanna see temp in games 

 

but i don't like hw monitor as it doesn't show correct temp for my cpu

 

i use aida 64

RealTemp and MSI Afterburner for testing and benchmarking. Open HWMonitor for daily use. It has nice widget also.
