Exactly lol

Noise can damage electronics but at insane levels that a fire alarm isn't capable of producing

If you were within 100 feet of something creating sound loud enough to damage PC components you wouldn't be alive to mourn over your dead PC.

Exactly, well you might be alive but you'll certainly be deaf as a result

This happens to me all the time, I have to buy a new computer every time I test my smoke alarm. It's starting to getting expensive.

guys be nice ,

Mr rx7

normal sound waves would not effect how your computer funtions, audio is usally effected by EMI (electromagnetic interference) which is fairly different to the audible sound you can hear.

Its all about those volumetric clouds

i wonder how you could kill a computer with sound though .... my guess is that reverberation would get to it

yea that is what I was thinking, not sure if it would be direct or indirect damage resulting from sound.

I think this is starting to get a little complicated lol

If you're producing noise that's loud enough to damage computer hardware, you'd probably not want to be anywhere near it, if you value your life.
