Youtube is your friend. As far as bloatware is concerned you normally cant delete that. Unless you root your phone. Rooting your phone WILL VOID THE WARRANTY! You can disable the stuff for the most part.

If you want to remove bloats, just purchase Titanium Backup pro. You can use that to uninstall the "bloats".
