Looks good, do you not want a video card? Also unless you're planning on upgrading to a "K" series chip, you don't need a Z97 board.

You don't need a z97 motherboard because you cpu that you chose cannot overclock, so you will get the same experience with something like an h97 chipset. Otherwise, it's a good build with good expandability for something like a graphics card to play video games.

I'd personally go for Skylake - i5 6500, H170/B150 motherboard with DDR4 RAM should cost the same.

What's it going to be used for? And also, this would be better suited to the new builds and planning section.

The price is cheaper then most however

I don't want one yet,  maybe later on,  basic use light rendering ,  the boarders fairly cheap compared to most
