mfw pcie x1 slot is so close under the x16 slot you can't even use it because gpu takes up all the space

That's really annoying to me too.  ?  With my Gigabyte G1 Gaming 1070 in the top/first x16 slot on my Gigabyte Z170x Gaming 7 motherboard there's pretty much no space between the x1 slot directly below it and the 1070.  I think I could actually plug something into that x1 slot but I doubt it would be a good idea since there would literally be no room between the x1 card and my 1070 so I assume it would kind of block proper airflow for the GPU fans.
