Windows 10 high ram usage

No, that's pretty normal.  Don't worry.

2GB is low...

I idle around 3GB but that's because I have hibernation and pagefile disabled.

2GB? That's all? Windows takes advantage of RAM you have but it does it less than older OSes. Using 2GB RAM idle is normal, don't worry.

I idle about 1.7 - 2 GB sometimes 1.3.

That is nothing, and perfectly normally. I expected Windows to consume a bit more at ~3GB (probably will over time due to Super Fetch)

I'd go so far as saying that it's abnormally small for IDLE use.

What is Super Fetch?
