At first I wanted to go with a 1080 but I don't want to rush it. I play on a 1080p Monitor but I use a tv as a second monitor too. I stream and I want to be able to stream intense games like GTA or Arma. I have a job so I can save up. http://pcpartpicker.com/list/F28r6X this is my build

I'd say 1070/980ti would be a good fit for you're build (both around $400), they are a little overkill for 1080p but optimization gets worse overtime not better from what I'm seeing, so having a performance buffer seems like a good idea. (If you want a lower budge option then wait for the 1060 or aftermarket 480s)

Also why do you have two CPU coolers?

I wouldn't get any of the new flagship cards from NVIDIA ATM except for maybe the 1060 after it comes out. But the RX 480 truly is a great choice. It will do 1080P all games fine, and leave some room for future improvement. As for optimization, because the card is so new, that shouldn't be an issue.

It bugged on me so I added it twice xD

More power if you have the money is never a bad idea :P, it just depends how much you're willing to spend as both streaming and Arma is CPU dependent :P

A 1070 or 980ti (as @AresKrieger has said) is probably a good idea as it's more than powerful enough for 1080p gaming while still retaining a buffer just in case Nvidia boycotts their GPU or newer games want more Powah :D

Looking at my signature are we now? Well too bad there's nothing here...

This ^.

1070 should indeed be the best option. You could take the 980ti, but why would you if you can get an aftermarket 1070.

What are the best companies to look out for?

MSI/EVGA are good all around in terms of performance and warranty, I like gigabyte but their warranties are hit or miss from what I hear, and I stay away from ASUS since they are asses.

You could also get a 980ti, though that would be more taxing on your psu  if you were to overclock, still should be fine though since it's just 1

Go with the 980 Ti's. The prices dropped on them a bit and Shadowplay is great for recording and streaming.

That's odd, it isn't for me. The founder's edition is $450 and the cheapest AiB is the Zotac one at $490. I have never seen one that is $430

Well I have, but the stock is gone in under 2 days usually 1

1070 has shadowplay as well I thought.

It does but with some of the 1070's being 450 and up, the 980 Ti seems to be a more compelling (speaking from personal experiences) choice at 400.

Link? It has been almost a month since the 1070 came out, so there has been plenty of time for the stock to replenish if it had run out

I don't know about Amazon but Newegg has been sending tweets out almost every other day about the 1070 and 1080 being "Back in stock" for the last two weeks.

Yeah on both Newegg and Amazon, the EVGA one is out of stock. I was looking at the Zotac one when I posted that last comment, my bad
