What's a good card that's under $250 besides the rx 480 that runs games really good?

I lose count how many threads you start with the title "graphics card" in the last ten days. At least 6-7 based on my memory. Would you be more specific with the title if you want to ask something?

R9390 or Gtx 970 can be had for around that price if you don't mind waiting for a rebate. 

 

otherwise I would look at a R9380 or gtx 960 which are a bit under your budget.

overwatch as many of Blizzard games is mostly CPU intensive and designed to run on hardware from 2006 or sumthn...

Oh well someone told me that normally first person shooter games like overwatch or other first person shooter games are not as cpu intensive but games like Witcher 3 or fallout 4 are more cpu intensive

And I also only have a core i3 3.7 GHz cpu
