Is it brand new? You'll need to format is. Go right click on with windows icon on the bottom left, once you've done that you'll get a menu look for "disk management" and there you'll create the new volume

You need to format the drive. Right click on the start menu, go to "Disk Management" and find your SSD, create a new partition with the whole storage.
