During gaming or so, do you ever realize that you never hold the mouse at a perfect line pointing straight forward...but instead it is at a bit of an angle to the right. Have you ever noted that?

Well its more comfortably to have your arm at a slight angle so it makes since for your hand to be the same. As long as it doesn't affect performance then I don't care

The arm is straight, end of the wrist and hand is a bit tilted

It'd only be weird if you did this and were left-handed.

During clutch plays in League of Legends or TF2, I usually find my wrist tilted literally to the left.

Mine mouse angles a bit to the left when I am playing games. But it is still pretty straight.
