Headset stops working upon disconnect

Basically, my headset will completely stop working under certain circumstances. Now I haven't been able to determine the cause of the issue, but I am almost sure it may have something to do with Discord as this only happens when disconnecting from a voice channel (randomly, sometimes it will sometimes it wont). My headset will stop playing sound and YouTube videos display errors and wont load. The only way to fix this is by disabling the device and then re-enabling it. I have attached images which show what is displayed by windows when this occurs. I have reset windows and this has not helped.

Any help would be appreciated.

I've had many a problem with G430s what fixed it for me was using a USB hub. It is very weird have you tried to use the actual audio jacks instead of the usb?
