I know it supports 54XX

Id personally get the newer g6 servers as they use much less power(about half) and are much faster and can be found for aboutn 200 these days. They can also take much more ram.

So, I have two Intel Xeon E5345 Processors (2.33GHz | Quad cores) in a almost maxed out HP Proliant DL360 G5 computer. Is it worth it to upgrade the processors, or get a new computer?

BTW: I originally got this machine for $100 with the processors I have in it right now, 16GB (FB-DIMMS) with advanced ECC, Crucial SSD's.

Used 771 cpus go for really cheap used, usually they will be around 3GHz, I would see if the server also supports the 54xx cpus, as those are 45nm compared to the 65nm 53xx cpus.

Really depends on your budget, and how much more performance you want.

 •E5-2670 @2.7GHz • Intel DX79SI • EVGA 970 SSC• GSkill Sniper 8Gb ddr3 • Corsair Spec 02 • Corsair RM750 • HyperX 120Gb SSD • Hitachi 2Tb HDD •
