CPU bottleneck

The same as App4that, but if you will not. It all depends the load, the game, etc. A i7-6950X (top of the line CPU right now) will still find a way to bottleneck a GTX 1070, since all games are built differently. Overall though you will not find a problem in most games.

Just because your GPU isn't maxxed out at 100% all the time doesn't mean that's a bad thing.
