if he's not playing other, more demanding games, maybe get this and wait for the Rx 460.

its okay, but the rx 460 will perform better at slight lower prices.

I would go for this and just add a RX 470($150) when it comes out http://pcpartpicker.com/list/ZH6M8K,at this budget a ssd is not recommended!

for $450 you really cant get a SSD to be honest you can save those $50 and get a RX 470 instead of the RX 460,i had a WD Blue and it was solid it was not slow as a turtle but not fast as sonic...i think this would be a better choice!

if he's not playing anything more demanding an rx 460 should be enough.

But adding a SSD to a $450 build i would go with the RX 470 without a SSD

an rx 460 is enough for maxed out in cs:go and rocket league. unless he will be playing more demanding games, he doesn't need the 470.

He will eventually try out more demanding games i can asure that but if hes only gonna play CSGO and rocket league why does he need a 1TB drive waste of money?
