I have Core i7 5820K slightly OC'ed to 3.8GHZ, and my AIO cooler solution is Corsair Hydro Series H100i GTX

During normal activity (browsing internet, chatting, watching videos) my CPU temp is between 50-55C, and while gaming it reaches 70C ... What bothers me the most that when I check other people builds or reviews for the cooler with the same CPU, it shows way lower temps, 25C when idle and does not exceed 50C while gaming.
I have Enthoo Pro case with 2 Corsair Air Series AF120 Quiet Edition on the front, 1 Corsair Air Series AF140 Quiet Edition on the rear of the case and 2 Corsair Air Series SP120 High Performance Edition instead of the cooler's stock fans. The only fans that intake air to the case are the the ones from the front and also my radiator is installed at the top of the case..

What am I missing here? How can I get better temps ?

Thank you

Do temps change when you slow down the fans? Do temps change when you slow down the pump?

Idle temps are pretty high there.

What thermal compound are you using?

Let's assume the worst case... The CPU is faulty, would I be able to return it or replace it at least?

As long as you haven't OC'ed it, YES!  HAHA...

But if you have OC'ed it Intel might not accept it back.  (I'd also, if I was you, restore it back to default settings NOW to see if it gets any better.  Make sure to check your voltages as well as your frequency)

Also, make sure your memory is operating at the correct speeds, timings, and voltages.

I was running my CPU at stock speed most of the time.

For my RAM I have Corsair Vengance @3.2GHZ but of course they are not running at full speed (Currently @2.4Ghz) and the only way to get them to that speed is buy OC'ing the CPU right ?

Okay, so with some research, your memory:

http://www.corsair.com/en/vengeance-lpx-16gb-2x8gb-ddr4-dram-3000mhz-c15-memory-kit-black-cmk16gx4m2b3000c15

isn't supported fully on your motherboard:

https://www.msi.com/Motherboard/support/X99A-GAMING-7.html#support-mem

Now, truth is this PROBABLY isn't that big of a deal, I'd suggest that you go into your UEFI and set all the timings, speeds, and voltages manually.

After you do that, go ahead and set the frequency of your CPU back to stock and then make sure your voltages are stock as well.

By doing this we can kinda get a feel of if it is the cooler or the CPU.

Please spend as much time writing your question, as you want me to spend responding to it.  Take some time, and explain your issue, please!

Wow .. I was checking, my current RAM needs 1.5V ....and it is recommended not to go that far... Could that be the case?
First time I know that RAM can generate higher temps ... Is it ok if I lowered the voltage on them manually?

It will cause the memory controller to work hard, which could cause the CPU to never go into a lower power state.  This is HIGHLY rare and is only seen when using obscure RAM.
