Bikers run over by range rover in NYC intentionally

This story finally looks like it's dying down, with new arrests being made. Reports were that six undercover police officers were amongst the crowd but did not take action because of the risk they would blow their covers. The biker who smashed the RR's windows with his helmet has turned himself in.
