i use the PCIe cables themselves to hold mine up

cause they're really stiff sleeved cables

You could build a lego platform to level it out, or have your PCI-E cables come over top of the card with some tension to keep it held up.

O snapple. I do what Jacktastic said with the PCIe cables coming from above and holding it up, but I have a friend with an ITX build who perfectly fits an optical drive in there.

You can try to use a peice of string or a rubber band and tie it arround the PCIe cables then tie it to the top of the case I'm lucky my 950 (even though it has a oversized cooler from MSI) is light enough that the PCIe bracket holds it fine

I took some fishing wire and tied it through one of the holes in the GPU cover and then laced the other end through the grate/vent thingy at the top of my case. Holds it up nicely. :)
