Best 160mm tall CPU cooler

Looking for the best (highest tdp) Heartsink that is not higher than 160mm.

It should also have good RAM clearance and shouldn't overhang the 1st pcie slot. 

My Mainboard is the MSI Z170I, my CPU the 6600K and my case the Fractal Design Core 500.

I'd probably get the NH-U12S. But I'm kind of bias towards Noctua products, love their stuff.

not sure exactly what you're looking for for ram clearance, but the nh-d15 comes in at 160mm, can end up being taller depending on fan placement, but the cooler itself is 160mm and fans can be placed to not exceed that

The NH-C14S would definitely fit, but I suspect that you are overthinking the compatibility issues.
