That card is terrible. It doesn't even have an HDMI port and it's a quadro card which are generally used for professional work.

Both will run CS:GO but I'd go for the Radeon because it is more powerful.

Intel onboard graphics or an AMD APU will run CSGO. CSGO takes nothing to run

5000 is worth it, though. the 40nm vs 65nm difference is a big one. 5870 performed twice as good as the 4870 way back when. Not to mention the power consumption on 5000 is extremely low. 5750 is like 100W or less

GTX 460 1GB 40 dollar, excellent value, at this point this is perhaps a better deal than the 7770, very close performance to each other.
