HTC Support SUCKS!

So I got a Vive, it was fun. But it had some tracking issues which made it unusable. I sent it back within 14 days and got a refund for $43 which is the shipping. I said ok maybe they will refund the rest later. I waited 7 business days and nothing. So I sent them an email, never got anything back. Started a live chat, is not available. I called them and they said oh just disregard that $43. I called them again they said yes you sent it we have it. Nothing useful at all. I called again and they said yes you sent it we have it wait 5 to 7 business days. It has been about a month now and nothing! I am going to call them again and I am not loosing $799. Worst support I have ever had ever! Most don't even know what the Vive is and they say what is that. I explain and they say oh let me transfer you. I get transferred to the same lady who just says wait!

Well we know their support sucks... Linus' experience was also terrible. He had an m8 or whatever and the glass of the lens cracked, HTC recognized that it was a problem so he called HTC support and they refused to help him... He had to contact his HTC contact to get it fixed... Let's hope this crap gets sorted out quickly because if the support stays bad that just opens the door for the competitors.

Indeed their support sucks. A few years ago I had an issue where my mobile data would drop out occasionally. I went on their live chat and a very helpful chap told me that the best solution was to move country as it was an issue with allegedly every "uk network".

Update! So I called them again and they kept saying how sorry they were and they have been having many more orders then they had expected. So today I had everything refunded, even tax and shipping!
