dark rock 2 or hyper 212 evo (it will get the job done)

  • Cooler Master Hyper 212
  • Scythe Mugen 4
  • Be quiet! Dark Rock II
  • Noctua NH-D14 (make sure it fits in your case)

All very solid air-coolers for around 50 USD.

How big is your case, and what are you cooling? My immediate instinct is the Cryorig H5 Ultimate, but it's kind of huge.

Aerocool DS are the best fans you've never tried.
