That depends on a lot of factors.

Given that you seem to be able to handle 1.3v, start by dialing in 1.25, to see how your LLC setting is affecting things. It can cause voltages to go both below and above your set voltage, so you have take that into consideration and possibly change it. Then, increase your voltage until your final reading get's to your desired value.

As an example, I run mine at 1.296v. To achieve that, however, I've had to set voltage to 1.275, which LLC shots up to 1.296.

how about this on prime95 its that ok?

Prime95 pushes your CPU harder than just about any other program would. 80-85C is fine because most games/applications won't push it that hard so you probably won't see that temperature ever on anything else you're doing. Just don't let it go any higher. 85C plus and I'd look into a more effective cooling unit.

Eyeballing measurements I think the motherboard should fit the Noctua D15. It's designed with tall RAM heat spreaders in mind and the fan is adjustable up and down to accommodate for them. Clearance wise everything seems fine except I don't know the maximum height for coolers for your case.

I don't know what your computers color scheme is but assuming black goes with everything I'd buy this: G.SKILL Ripjaws 4 Series 16GB (2 x 8GB)

Unless you're using software that swamps large files in and out of memory, faster RAM won't yield any noticeable improvements. Picked this out because of the color and $77 for 16GB of 3000MHz memory I think is a pretty good deal. If you want something different I can look around some more.

Don't ever leave it on auto when OCing. Ever. Change that voltage to a fixed number.

It'll likely increase once you get to the small FFT. But assuming this is one of the latest versions, then temps seem very much in line with what I'd expect.

Wait until we get RX 480 benchmarks before you ask that question. Both it (and every answer anyone gives you) are stupid at this point in time.
